Since the first Dinner and a Murder in 2006, the show has been directed by Ramon Dailey. He also wrote the scripts for every show but the first. In other words, if something isn't right, it's his fault.
Along with a group of other ne'er do wells including Jeff Klock, Matt Ready and Jason Hollingsworth, Ramon likes to make short films. A few of these films have won awards in the Film 2880 contest, which is a local 48-hour movie contest held each September. You can see the films at www.tirelessfilms.com.

Ramon lives with a cat, a dog, a snake, and two vegetarians. His daughter, Alanna, is an accomplished performer in her own right. She has been involved in Dinner and a Murder since the beginning. She keeps hoping that her dad will cast himself as the victim one of these years so she can shoot him without getting grounded.
Ramon's girlfriend, Tiela Short, was in the audience for the first show. This was before she even knew Ramon. Little did she know that she'd be on stage the very next year. She's been one of the main cast ever since. Tiela says that the only reason she agrees to do the show is so she doesn't get mad at Ramon for spending all of his time on the mystery and not with her.
